Educational Tours
We welcome groups from elementary school through college for educational tours to learn more about Swiss settlement on the mountain.
We can accommodate groups of up to 60 people, with a picnic pavilion with tables and chairs available as a lunch space, if desired. Larger groups can be divided into two smaller groups with separate guides to tour the house and farm buildings as they learn the history of the settlement.
A special program has been developed for all third grade students in the area, which includes lunch, a tour of the farm and a visit to Laurel Falls at Savage Gulf State Park. Each student also creates their own Hum Dinger, a toy made of a button on thread.
For more information and to schedule your group's tour, fill out the form below or call Jackie at (931) 235-3029 or Brenda at (615) 800-9617.
