Weddings are done in a rustic setting. We have several areas that have been used and the pavilion is always available. The couple provides their decorations, food and whatever program they wish.  We just make sure the facilities are clean and open. They are asked to give a donation to the Grundy County Swiss Historical Society. When a donation is received we set and hold their requested date. They have the use of the Farm for Friday and Saturday.

The Farm is available for lots of other events such as birthday parties, class reunions and other programs, such as Mountain Top summer camp, Discovery summer day camp. When planning an event one must make a reservation and a donation is encouraged. This prevents conflict with any other group.  Photographers are our most frequent users of the Farm. They may use the grounds almost anytime and are familiar with the property.
